Return Policy

Don't Be Stupid , Inc. As customer satisfaction is our goal we will be happy to take back any product that you purchase from us for a full 30 days (of course it must be returned in original condition). For your convenience, there is a pre-addressed return label on the bottom of your packing slip. If you no longer have this label, our return address is provided below. For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured parcel post. Unless we shipped an order in error or the product received is defective, return shipping fees are not refundable. If we made a mistake, your account will be credited for the return shipping fees upon receipt of the item by our return center.

Returning items by mail: Detach the customer copy (top portion) of the return form to keep for your records. On the return form, write all product information including the color, style number and size. Please note the reason for the return. Indicate if you prefer a charge credit (to the card originally used) or an exchange. In the event of an exchange, let us know what item you desire by completing the information on the reverse side of the return form. Circle the name and address where the exchange should be sent. If the address is different, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the return form. We've provided a return label for your convenience.

Packages must be prepaid.

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Credit card refunds:
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
